BD"E Funeral Services for Michael Shemesh Sunday at 11AM

At Jewish Prisoner Services International, we work to help Jewish prisoners and their families. Both during the period of incarceration and afterwards. This includes helping provide a Jewish funeral, if there is a need, and the individual or family does not have the funds.

It is with a heavy heart that we are informing you that Michael Shemesh (z”l) returned his neshamah (soul) to HaShem early on September 27th, 2019.

During the time that we at JPSI knew Michael he was very active in ensuring the needs of fellow Jewish prisoners were met. He advocated for Jewish services, worked to ensure there was grape juice and challah for Shabbat, and was always learning.

His funeral will be held Sunday September 29th 2019 at 11AM at the BCMH Cemetery at:1340 N 115th St, Seattle, WA

We are working to make a minyan and any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
